You’ll get mixed reviews based on who is telling. On one hand you’ve got the media blasting news of death, doom & destruction. Yet this is the same media who claims Utah’s job market is reaching all time highs and unemployment is at record lows…sound like a mixed message? That’s because it is. Most analysts will tell you that the only real indicator of wether or not a market is rising or delcinng is by looking at the local job market and projections for future growth. So what do we believe?
Someone once told me…”numbers don’t lie”, and in this case I’ll have to agree. By making statistical comparisons of specific data, you can intellectually conclude what direction the market is moving in. Check back next week as I’ll post stats for the past 8 years or so then you can make your own opinions…just don’t forget to share them by “commenting”
