Hard to say what they will go for, but if I had to guess, I'd say somewhere between 75-85% of the fair market value, not thier "estimated value". Only a few of the homes are not finished. I might be interested in one of these homes, but (unless you can pick these up for well below the estimated value) I am pretty sure that it would be out of my price range to buy it and then finish building enough of it to live in.
